Lady Gaga Wardrobe Malfunction: Singer Exposes Skin When Pants Split On Stage (PHOTO)

When wearing latex, even Lady Gaga must proceed with caution.

Gaga suffered a very public wardrobe malfunction when her black latex pants split while she was on stage at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada on Friday, according to GossipCop. During a performance of “Heavy Metal Lover,” Gaga hopped onto a motorcycle for part of her routine, causing her Versace pants split and expose her bare derriere.

The superstar singer reportedly took it all in stride and kept on performing like nothing happened, writes to GossipCop.

But splitting her pants wasn’t Gaga’s only wardrobe snafu of the night.

Never one to shy away from controversy, Gaga sported an assault rifle bra, complete with two fake plastic guns, during a portion of her “Born This Way Ball” tour stop in Canada. The Sun notes that such an outfit could upset the families of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

The 26-year-old has also been making headlines recently for her ongoing feud with Kelly and Sharon Osbourne.

Sharon called Gaga a bully after the singer posted an open letter to Kelly on her LittleMonsters.com blog. According to Gaga, Kelly’s show “Fashion Police” is “rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people’s beauty against one another.”

Gaga on Saturday defended her choice to publish the letter. “The ‘real world’ can be cruel, why not try to change it into a better place? I am an activist. Nobody takes adolescents seriously, I do,” she tweeted. “My letter to @MissKellyO was open, because her statements on cyber-bulling were public & as a youth activist I’m compelled to be involved.”

Lady Gaga steps up Osbournes feud

Image

Lady Gaga has refused to back down in her ongoing feud with the Osbourne family, insisting the reality TV stars should take the subject of adolescent bullying more “seriously.”

The “Poker Face” hitmaker started the war-of-words by writing an open letter to Kelly Osbourne after the singer-turned-TV star claimed she was being bullied by Gaga’s devoted fans.

Gaga hit back by criticizing Kelly’s role on TV show “Fashion Police,” insisting she shouldn’t make nasty comments about other people’s appearances. The note sparked a furious response from Kelly’s mother Sharon, who called the superstar a “publicly seeking hypocrite and an attention seeker,” adding, “Welcome to the real world.”

Gaga has now responded to Sharon’s comments, and explained why she felt the need to speak out.

In a post on her Facebook page, Gaga writes, “The ‘real world’ can be cruel, why not try to change it into a better place? I am an activist. Nobody takes adolescents seriously, I do. My letter to Kelly Osbourne was open, because her statements on cyber-bulling were public & as a youth activist I’m compelled to be involved.”

Gaga under fire over her assault-rifle bra: Singer courts controversy after performing in underwear featuring plastic guns

  • Gaga wore bra with military trousers and platform boots in Vancouver
  • Latest bizarre outfit comes a month after Sandy Hook shooting
  • Singer has previously angered critics with choice of clothes

Image

The 26-year-old singer has been seen in the outfit during the North American leg of her Born This Way Ball tour.

She teamed the bizarre bra with military green trousers and platform boots at a concert in Vancouver, Canada, on Saturday.

Lady Gaga is involved in a bitter feud with Sharon Osborne, who has criticised the singer for wearing fur and raw meat.

Image

Mrs Osborne said she was ‘sickened’ when she saw Lady Gaga’s infamous meat dress at the 2010 MTV Music Video Awards. ‘When I see you wearing fur, and using it as a fashion statement, the fact that defenceless animals have been killed so you can get your picture in the press is abhorrent to me,’ she said in a letter to the singer.

‘Shouldn’t you be teaching your “little monster” fans to respect animals and life?’

But Lady Gaga has defended her outfit choices, saying: ‘I am choosing not to comment on whether or not the furs I purchase are faux fur-pile or real. You see a carcass, I see a museum pièce de résistance.’

Madonna’s Brother Gives Advice to Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson

Image

Madonna’s brother (who she recently reconciled with) Christopher Ciccone (above is them pictured years ago) is now giving advice to nemesis and thorn in side, Lady Gaga.

Also getting advice? Kelly Clarkson, who apparently has no taste and no real fashion identity (I’m actually in agreement on that one).

His advice to Gaga is pretty basic, so mother monster can reach even more fans, or in this case, potential fans, his simple advice is to streamline and “get rid of all the crap and (become) a real person”. I doubt this is advice she’d ever take, Madge being the queen of regeneration, but Gaga is unarguably in close second, the question is really originality.

Madonna changed every few years, Gaga changes every few days. Either way, Ciccone finds it his place to flap his mouth with thoughts that would otherwise go unnoticed if he wasn’t the brother of the best-selling single act on Earth.

On Lady Gaga
‘What I would do with Gaga is stream it all down and get rid of all the crap and make her a real person. It’s cool on some level, but when you start out massively way over the top, there is nowhere to go. You get stuck there and you disconnect from the audience. You become this freak on the stage.’

‘You have to remember what really made Madonna really popular is that girls could dress like her. You can’t dress like Gaga, only on Halloween perhaps. It’s a really big part of being a performer – getting your fans to follow you, you have to evolve. At one point with Madonna, it was time for the tights to go.’

On Kelly Clarkson
‘I would love to overhaul Kelly Clarkson. I would certainly give her a style. She needs something. The girl’s got an amazing voice; it’s just the girl comes onstage dowdy and there is no particular look to her. She could do so much better. I don’t know if she doesn’t care and that’s fine, I just feel there is so much more.’ SOURCE

Lady Gaga Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction — Exposes Butt On Stage

Image

Cheeky! Lady Gaga exposed her backside, as the Versace latex outfit she wore while performing on Jan. 11, split! See the pic.

Lady Gaga is one of the first celebrities — if not THE first — to suffer a wardrobe malfunction in 2013. Unfortunately, her latex outfit split, exposing her rear end, during a performance in Vancouver, Canada on Friday Jan. 11. The pop princess kicked off the North American leg of her Born This Way Ball tour with a bang!

While Lady Gaga, 26, may be the first wardrobe malfunction of 2013, there were a whole slew of skin flashes in 2012!

2012 Was The Year Of The Wardrobe Malfunctions

Oh what a year it was — from Sofia Vergara‘s butt to Robert Pattinson‘s unzipped fly, no celeb — male or female — was safe from the worse malfunction last year.

The most recent malfunction victim was Anne Hathaway, who exposed, well, everything, at the Dec. 10 NYC premiere of her film Les Miserables. While promoting the film on Today on Dec. 12, she spoke out to host Matt Lauer:

“Well, it was obviously an unfortunate incident — I think it made me sad on two accounts. One was that I was very sad that we live in an age when someone takes a picture of another person in a vulnerable moment, and rather than delete it and do the decent thing, sells it. And I’m sorry that we live in a culture that commodifies sexuality in order to make a profit.”

Is Lady Gaga to blame for her malfunction, HollywoodLifers? Should she have worn underwear?

Lady Gaga Responds to Sharon Osbourne’s Facebook Message: “As a Youth Activist I’m Compelled to be Involved”

Image

Mother Monster has spoken. In the most recent chapter of the ongoing feud between Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne, the “Born This Way” singer took to her Facebook Saturday, Jan. 12, to swiftly defend her statements.

“The ‘real world’ can be cruel, why not try to change it into a better place?” Gaga wrote, in reference to Sharon Osbourne‘s Facebook post Thursday. “I am an activist. Nobody takes adolescents seriously, I do. My letter to Kelly Osbourne was open, because her statements on cyber-bullying were public & as a youth activist I’m compelled to be involved.”

On Jan. 10, Sharon took Gaga to task in a scathing note on her Facebook page, telling the singer to stop being self-righteous while engaging in hypocritical bullying behavior herself.

“You say [Kelly’s] work on E! with the Fashion Police is ‘rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people’s beauty against one another.’ Welcome to the real world,” the 60-year-old talk show host said. “Example, when I saw you wear a dress made out of raw meat, I was sickened.”

“When I see you wearing fur, and using it as a fashion statement, the fact that defenseless animals have been killed so you can get your picture in the press is abhorrent to me,” she continued. “Shouldn’t you be teaching your ‘little monster’ fans to respect animals and life?”

This most recent verbal tussle first reignited earlier this week, when Gaga posted an open letter to Kelly, 28, on her website regarding comments the Fashion Police cohost had made in a magazine interview, calling Gaga’s fans “the worst” when it came to cyber-bullying.

Kelly detailed death threats and other verbal assaults that she often received from Gaga’s “little monsters.”

“They’ve said I should kill myself, that they hope I get raped,” she told UK’s Fabulous magazine. “I mean, it’s crazy but I’ve had this all my life and I just try and ignore it.”

Gaga responded with a lengthy letter, urging Kelly to consider using her celebrity to help further a “kinder and braver world,” rather than a negative one.

“It used to make me truly sad when I would hear people talk about your weight when you were younger, as I was bullied too,” Gaga wrote. “To see you blossoming into a beautiful slender woman who makes fun of others for a living is astounding. Why not help others?

Sharon Osbourne, Joan Rivers tell Lady Gaga ‘lighten up’ in your feud with Kelly Osbourne

Image

Sharon Osbourne and Joan Rivers have joined the feud between Kelly Osbourne and Lady Gaga – calling Gaga a bully in crazy clothing who needs to “lighten up.”

The women defended Kelly, a co-host on the E! show “Fashion Police,” after Gaga posted an open letter on her website saying the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne had chosen a “less compassionate path” in life.

“You work on E! with ‘Fashion Police’ is rooted in criticism, judgment and rating people’s beauty against one another,” Gaga wrote.

“Your show breeds negativity,” she continued. “It glorifies you and Joan Rivers pointing in the camera, laughing and making jokes about artists and celebrities as if we are zoo animals.”

Gaga urged Kelly to take responsibility for her actions and said she wrote her letter after someone in Kelly’s camp asked for help with her fans.

Sharon, Kelly’s momager, responded with her own letter on Facebook calling Gaga a “hypocrite.”

Sharon said she’s the one who contacted Gaga’s manager because some of the singer’s fans, known as “little monsters,” were making “vile threats” after Kelly poked fun at the singer’s sartorial choices.

“By your actions to Kelly right now, you have shown me that you are nothing more than a publicly seeking hypocrite,” Sharon wrote.

“You know it would have been much more dignified of you to do this privately. I am calling you a bully because you have 32 million followers hanging on your every word and you are criticizing Kelly in your open letter,” she said.

She said Gaga should expect negative reactions when she wears raw meat or animal fur.

“When I see you wearing fur, and using it as a fashion statement, the fact that defenseless animals have been killed so you can get your picture in the press is abhorrent to me,” she wrote.

Rivers, meanwhile, scolded Gaga for not having a sense of humor.

“’Fashion Police’ is a comedy show. Anyone that comes out of an egg should figure that out,” Rivers told Entertainment Tonight. “Lighten up.”

The show’s executive Producer Melissa Rivers said her mom and Kelly make fun of fashion fails, not the worth of the people wearing them.

“Gaga has so much power and is such an icon and can flip a switch and have everyone turn on someone – that’s the ultimate mean girl,” she told Huffington Post.

Sharon Osbourne Responds to Lady Gaga’s Open Letter to Daughter Kelly: You’re a “Bully” and a “Hypocrite”

Image

Don’t make Mama Osbourne mad!

Sharon Osbourne is getting involved in her daughter’s ongoing feud with Lady Gaga, and the result is nothing short of scathing.

The former America’s Got Talent judge put the pop singer on blast Thursday, Jan. 10, in a well-crafted response to Gaga’s open letter to Kelly Osbourne earlier that day.

PHOTOS: Famous celebrity feuds

“I am responding to your open letter to my daughter Kelly, and I am perplexed as to why you would go public with an open letter,” she begins in a note posted on her Facebook page. “Regarding this current situation; Kelly didn’t contact you, I was the one that contacted your manager today and the email is attached below for your reference.”

“I reached out to him as Kelly’s manager and mother to ask him if you could address your ‘little monster’ fans and stop them from writing libelous, slanderous and vile comments about my family, including death threats to Kelly,” she continues, referring to the continuous stream of comments from Gaga’s fans, telling Kelly to “kill herself.”

She adds, “Your open letter is hypocritical and full of contradictions.”

PHOTOS: Kelly Osbourne’s hair evolution

Sharon, 60, then goes on to detail how Gaga’s claims of trying to promote a “kinder and braver world” are nothing but “bullsh-t” because she herself is only using the situation as a way to seek attention.

“You know it would have been much more dignified of you to do this privately,” she admonishes. “I am calling you a bully because you have 32 million followers hanging on your every word and you are criticizing Kelly in your open letter. Are you so desperate that you needed to make this public?”

Image

The letter also criticizes Gaga’s decision to wear fur and full-on slabs of meat as signs that the singer isn’t necessarily practicing the “compassion” that she touts.

“When I see you wearing fur, and using it as a fashion statement, the fact that defenseless animals have been killed so you can get your picture in the press is abhorrent to me,” Sharon writes. “Shouldn’t you be teaching your ‘little monster’ fans to respect animals and life?”

The latest episode in the Gaga/Osbourne feud kicked off earlier in the day, when Gaga took to her website to pen an open letter to Kelly for comments the Fashion Police host made in a recent interview, alleging that “Gaga’s fans are the worst” when it comes to bullying.

PHOTOS: Stars who love their bodies

In it, she admonishes the 28-year-old reality star for choosing a “less compassionate path” and being part of a show that “breeds negativity.”

“It used to make me truly sad when I would hear people talk about your weight when you were younger, as I was bullied too,” Mother Monster wrote. “To see you blossoming into a beautiful slender woman who makes fun of others for a living is astounding. Why not help others?”

PHOTOS: Amazing star slimdowns

Kelly, for her part, has clearly washed her hands of the war of words.

“I hope you guys realize that I don’t care about any of this bullsh-t!” she tweeted Thursday. “I know who I am I don’t need anyone to tell me!… love to all xoxo.

Lady Gaga And Actor Boyfriend Pick Lobster For Date Night

Image

Lady Gaga and her boyfriend, actor Taylor Kinney, joined a group of friends last night for some serious eating at Giuliana and Bill Rancic’s Chicago restaurant, RPM Italian, a source tells HuffPost’s Rob Shuter.

“They ordered up a variety of signature items including Lobster Caprese, Insalata Bianca, Duck Agnolotti, Sicilian Pork Arrosti, Mediterranean Octopus, Mama DePandi’s Bucatini Pomorodo, Short Rib Pappardelle, and sweetly topped things off with a variety of desserts,” one diner tells HuffPost. “They looked like they were having a great time. Obviously Gaga’s New Year’s resolution was not counting calories.”

“Gaga is in Chicago working on her new CD and visiting her boyfriend. She has become quite the local,” one Windy City native tells HuffPost. “They were spotted being affectionate in a corner VIP booth at the club while a security detail kept very enthusiastic fans at bay.”

Mother Monster’s plate is certainly full this year, with a new Terry Richardson documentary in the works, the rest of her Born This Way Ball shows and her efforts to make counseling accessible to her fans.

Lady Gaga & Taylor Kinney Dine at Giuliana & Bill Rancic’s Restaurant

After attending the after party for An Evening with the Chicago Bulls charity event at Studio Paris benefiting Bright Pink in Chicago Tuesday, Lady Gaga and boyfriend Taylor Kinney stepped out for a late night dinner.

Joined by a group of friends, Gaga and theChicago Fire actor stopped into RPM Italian – owned by Bill and Giuliana Rancic – for some homestyle fare.

The group ordered up dishes including lobster caprese, insalata bianca, duck agnolotti, Sicilian pork arrosti, Mediterranean octopus, Mama DePandi’s bucatini pomorodo and short rib pappardelle among others.

The crew finished off their meal with a variety of desserts, but the sweetness continued as the night went on.

“[Lady Gaga and Taylor] were very affectionate and touchy sitting next to each other,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE. “I heard her call him ‘honey.’ ”

While it was Gaga’s second time visiting the eatery in the past few weeks, Giuliana couldn’t help but gripe that she’s missed the Born This Way singer on both occasions.
